Job Description
Requirements :- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication or Aerospace Engineering- Worked on medium to large size proposals/tenders in Defence Electronics domain or System Integration projects in Aerospace & Defence- Proven experience in developing successful proposals for complex avionics, electronic warfare and radar subsystems- Strong understanding of avionics systems, electronics warfare and radar sub systems along with FPGA technologies.- Proficiency in proposal management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as DO-178C, DO-254, etc- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational abilities.
