Responsibilities:

Reviewing and discussing briefs with key personnel assigned to projects.
Analyzing Requirements and discussing with Product Owners for queries and suggestions
Perform Gap Analysis between Data/Sources and Metric/KPIs
PBI Dashboard refactoring analysis, design, and development
Power-BI existing Report Assessment
Produce Visualization Documentation
Suggesting performance improvements and better design recommendations to the clients
Analyze the underlying database and produce a robust model
Assisting project leaders in determining project timelines and objectives.
Testing and troubleshooting problems in PBI design and processes.
Providing support to customers about issues relating to PBI dashboards, accesses, refresh etc.
Support KT & Handover
Follow Scaled Agile Framework

Requirement:

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
Demonstrable experience as a Power BI Developer.
PBI certification or similar type of qualification.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience or understanding of underlying system and coming upo with solution design from scratch
Skilled at the ideation, design, and deployment of Power BI solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills

PowerBI SME

Define the guiding principles for the platform,
Design consumption architectures,
Participate in Dataset Data Model design
Drive discussions with MSFT around Power BI
Knows Power BI Security Model (workspace level, dataset level, RLS etc.), Optimization techniques and refresh/load strategies.
