This job is a combination of written communication & effective presentation rolled into one. This job will require an extremely good command over the English language plus an extremely creative mind. This candidate will need to manage the expectations of the internal stakeholders (management) and should be able to liaise with external stake holders (PR companies / Social Media companies/ Etc) . The job will have the following scope. 1. Proactively facilitate the planning and implementation of communication strategies, official blogs, develop high quality press releases, update website and newsletter content, and develop brochures for communication with external stakeholders. 2. Design and implement public relations, brand building and communication strategies, to help cultivate our relationships with the media. Support the finance team with the creation of presentations and proposals - targeted towards investors and fund-raising pitches. 3. Develop and oversee all of the elements of a PR program including proactive story generation, press releases, thought leadership pieces, media query responses, reputation management, crisis management, etc - and managing and monitoring an external PR team - with their deadlines, objectives, and schedules. 4. Liaising with journalists, other media professionals, PR agency and other relevant industry associations for media opportunities, Drive and execute media events, briefings, presentations, speakership opportunities, etc. 5. Attend companies events, launches, tournaments internationally and take charge of all communication needs with respect to those events, provides hands on communication strategies for such owned events, develop effective advertising support for these launches. 6. Develop and deliver content across digital platforms like LinkedIn and twitter. 7. Conceptualise and develop multimedia content like videos and podcast.
