The Manager Portfolio Finance will be responsible for managing the financial portfolio of the company, focusing on risk management, financial analysis, and investment strategies.\xc2\xb7 Quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio performance and guiding them on their data based path to growth and profitability\xc2\xb7 Assisting investment team to keep track of portfolio performance and highlighting key deviation from agreed business plans\xc2\xb7 Helping portfolio companies in hiring/building finance team, business process development and resource reach outs\xc2\xb7 Supervising consultant on financial and Integrity due diligence for new deals\xc2\xb7 Benchmarking performance of Agritech companies and facilitating teams to collaborate and learn from each other experiences\xc2\xb7 Managing relation with key stakeholders for finance function , Big 6s firms, HR Agencies, individual consultants and finance team of peer funds\xc2\xb7 Working with Impact assessment team on designing methodology and assessment of impact across portfolio companiesOpportunity to work in a VC Fund|Opportunity to work in a VC Fund in a Portfolio Finance kind of profileCA with 3-8 years of experienceWorking experience in financial due diligence, FP&A and Business finance role having experience in start-up / SME sectorBangalore Location - WFO compulsoryOur client is a venture capital firm, based in India, which funds entrepreneurs building the future of agriculture and food systems.
