• Previousexperiencein aPMO,preferably8-10years
• Experience in the banking industry, at least 10-12 years with a comprehensive understanding ofbanking operations(Trade,Commercial Lending,Deposits andPayments)
• Change Management experience, with a minimum of 7-8 years, preferably with Lean / Six Sigmatraining orcertification

Skills

• Expertise in developing and managing PMO strategies, project management methodologies andtechniques,includingAgile,Scrum
• Exceptional ability to develop and manage complex project schedules, identify, and mitigate risks,setproject scopes,objectives,anddeliverables
• Ability to provide guidance and team leadership, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, andmanage conflictseffectively
• Highly proficient in crafting and delivering presentations to senior management and otherstakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical for effective interaction with team membersand stakeholdersatall levels
• Proficiency in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis to estimate the strengths and weaknesses ofalternativesinbusinessdecisions

Qualifications

• MastersdegreeinBusiness,Finance,orrelated field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certificationis highlydesirable
• Comprehensivefamiliaritywithbankingregulationsandcompliancestandards
