Inviting applications for the role of Manager- PL/SQL & J2EE We are looking for a skilled PL/SQL and J2EE Developer to join our team and help build high-quality enterprise applications. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of data availability and carry out ongoing project development and maintenance of our data platform. Responsibilities: . Design, develop, and maintain database objects using PL/SQL. . Convert development requests into scripts, jobs, schemas, packages, etc. . Develop and maintain database indexes and triggers. . Analyse and tune SQL code for performance optimization. . Develop, design, and implement business applications utilizing J2EE technology. . Develop user interfaces for standard web browsers using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. . Create and maintain Spring framework applications. . Implement a J2EE architecture that meets current standards. . Coordinate the development of database objects. . Perform unit testing of code. . Monitor change requests and support customers. . Generate ad-hoc reporting. . Troubleshoot and resolve database issues. . Research data issues and provide solutions. . Assist in developing technical specifications. . Follow data security protocols in accordance with company policies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Relevant years of experience in database development using PL/SQL and 3 or more years of experience in developing web-based applications in a J2EE-based environment. . Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle. . Ability to write complex database scripts. . Knowledge of best practices in database design. . Good understanding of relational databases concepts and systems. . Experience in performance tuning of databases. . Attention to detail and accuracy in job performance. . Expertise in using JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, XML and HTML in a web application environment. . Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming . Good understanding of performance optimization principles . Accuracy and attention to detail . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Exceptional problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications .
