This team leverage digital marketing channels within owned channel landscape to deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability by creating programs from concept to execution or optimizing current programs.Job Summary:As a Platform Excellence Manager, you will be required to manage a team of Analysts and help manage cross-functional relationships to represent marketing as a group. The role broadly includes having a touch base with teams like DACI, product, tech, site ops, and platforms.You must have knowledge and experience in the ever-changing search ecosystem inclusive of the inter connectivity between various marketing channels like paid search, paid social, SEO, etc. and a deep understanding of retail/merchant organizations to ensure our campaigns are directed at priority categories.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts and execute a cohesive product + platform strategy to enable marketing channels
  • Responsible for managing cross-functional relationships with DACI, product, tech, martech and platform teams
  • Collaborate across other channel leads to boost and complement priorities of the enterprise
  • Understand audience architecture, product feeds and different marketing platforms that utilize feeds
  • Be able to lead a team, analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities, forecast results and build use cases
  • Have an eye for detail, should be able to articulate requirements clearly and be a proven project manager
  • Should have the capability to read, process and visualize data to create process flows and scope opportunities
  • Partner with Martech team to scope, build POC and scale solutions to automate day-to-day manual jobs
  • Have an understanding of complex operations, process automation, and efficiency metrics
  • Understanding of technical asks as they relate to the feed, the platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, etc) , tagging, and data insights
Years of Experience:
  • 8+ years in a similar role preferably in advertising agency or retail industry
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree xe2x80x93 one is marketing on related field is a plus.
  • Masterxe2x80x99s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
Skill Set RequiredPrimary Skills (must have)
  • Proficiency in data visualization and data processing especially in MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models, MMM and measurement platforms like Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working with high-volume retailer feeds with many SKUs
  • Strong analytical and research skills to be able to convert data into actionable insights
  • Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Experience working in a cross-functional collaboration environment and be an effective project manager
  • Be a problem solver. Identify opportunities for RPA to remove manual repetitive processes and induce efficiency
  • Proactively bridge the gaps between marketing and tech/product teams by helping build use cases for prioritization of requests
  • Have regular connects with DACI, product, platform teams to identify/anticipate roadblocks and build actionable contingency plans
  • Expert communication and presentation skills
Secondary Skills (desired)
  • Making good and timely decisions that keep work and the organization moving forward
  • Understanding of third-party audience networks like Epsilon, LiveRamp, etc.
  • Understanding of paid and owned marketing channels like email, SMS, paid search, paid social, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in automation/solutioning for large enterprises
