We are looking for a Visualization Expert who would be responsible for designing the Business Intelligence Architecture/solution considering security governance, application hosting, data management, high availability for a life sciences account. He/She will be responsible for collaborating with BI developers and analysts to manage dashboard releases. Cross and merge the barriers that exist between development, testing, operations teams, and keep existing infrastructure in mind as they design, plan and test.Responsibilities

• Build reports of high Complexity in Tableau desktop using different types of data sources.
• Ability to recommend architecture standard methodologies related to ETL, ELT, BI, and the life cycle of an EDW solution.
• Work with multiple source systems like - On premises, cloud, big data, real time, online, etc.
• Provide BI Solution support during various operations such as deployment and general production
• Collaborate with developers to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices
• Conduct architectural evaluation and propose the solution
• Drive BI and Data Analysts with managing platform services, upgrades addressing infrastructure issues, working on POC\xe2\x80\x99s for new services or change requests.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Pharma commercial analytics domain knowledge is mandatory.
• Completed minimum 10 End to End Developments life cycles in Tableau Development.
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Very solid understanding on Tableau architecture, Data Bricks & Python.
• Should have expert knowledge on Monitoring server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues, Tableau Admin, security, Data Access Server Row Level Security, Tableau Metadata tables and SQL.
• A deep understanding of, and ability to use and explain all aspects of, relational database design, multifaceted database design, OLTP, OLAP, critical metrics, Scorecards, and Dashboards
• Tableau Certified is a plus.
