The ideal candidate will lead the deployment of data-driven marketing strategies and technical automation expertise to boost customer acquisition and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.- Design and implement efficient marketing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.- Craft and refine email marketing strategies, implementing lead scoring and nurturing programs to prioritize high-potential leads.- Continuously assess campaign performance and ROI, utilizing insights to drive strategic improvements.- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize effectiveness.Oversee and enhance the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and developing automated reporting dashboards.Required Skills and Experience:- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing and marketing automation, preferably in the real estate sector.- Proficient in platforms and tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.- Experience with CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and email marketing best practices.Technical skills in HTML, CSS, tag management systems, and basic SQL.
