We\'re hiring Performance Marketing Manager for Leading Fintech company for Gurgaon location.Exp req - 8-12 yrsSalary budget upto max 55 LPARequired Skills : Revenue generation, team handling, Performance Marketing, Digital Paid Marketing campaigns, Product lead GrowthSkills, experiences & behaviors :1. Atleast 8 years of performance/growth marketing experience, having managed annual digital media spends of atleast 100 crores2. Startup experience is highly valued but not necessary3. Team management experience is a must - will be handling a team of high performers across Growth, Paid Marketing, User engagement4. As a marketing leader understanding of fintech business model in India is highly valued for this role. Also ability of articulate marketing\'s impact on top and bottom line of business5. Ability to collaborate across team - Data, Product, Engineering and Business6. Highly data driven but at the same time ability to handle ambiguous situations with confidence where less data is available and take calls aligned with overall business objectives7.
