What you\'ll do Role: Pega Senior System Architect Experience: 5+ yrs Primary Skills: Pega BPM Development in versions 7.x/8.x, Oracle DB SQL scripting Shift Timing: General shift (9AM-5PM) Location: Pune (Hybrid) To succeed, the Senior System Architect must: . Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all aspects of Pega PRPC technology: o Case Management, Data Modelling, UI, Processes, Integrations, Agents, Queue Processors, Performance Tuning, Designing Class Structures etc. . Successfully translate technical designs into implementations using Pega best practices. . Ensure adherence to Pega development guardrails. . Provide mentoring to other members of the technical team. Who you are Key accountabilities and decision ownership Be able to analyze and understand as well as implement technical designs based on Pega PRPC 7.2 ensuring a high standard of software delivery following SOA and integration architectural practices Collaborate with offshore and onshore designers and developers to deliver required functional and non-functional benefits and follow industry best practices.
