The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing PPC strategies across major search platforms to increase visibility, lead generation, and ROI for our real estate projects.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute PPC strategies to align with business goals.- Manage and optimize PPC accounts on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, etc.- Conduct keyword research, audience development, and performance analysis.- Monitor and report on ad spend and budget allocations to optimize returns.- Collaborate on content creation and copywriting for PPC ads.- Track KPIs and adjust campaigns based on performance data.Skills & Qualifications :- 2-6 years of PPC experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and other PPC platforms.- Strong understanding of keyword bidding, audience segmentation, and ad performance metrics.- Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
