Duties :- Plan, implement, optimise, and manage paid campaigns.- Manage paid media campaigns and strategy for multiple clients from the ideation to implementation.- Give suggestions on conversion rate optimization on the website.- Give recommendations on the creative aspects of the campaigns.- Grow existing PPC accounts through continuous account optimization- Perform keyword research, preparation and analysis and weekly negative keyword research & Search query reporting.- Provide weekly, monthly campaigns & bespoke reports & analysis.- Perform ongoing competitor analysis & reporting.- Auditing and evaluating accounts to ensure consistent best practice.Skills and Requirements : Essential :- Experienced with Google Ads and Meta Ads- Working knowledge of of bid strategies on Google Ads- Some experience with CRO on websites- Proficient with conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
