The Credit to Cash (RTR) Manager will be the owner and will lead a team of Team Leaders, Executives and Officers on Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, Order management, Billing, Collections, Disputes management, AR and Cash Management, Controls adherence & reporting, Period End close tasks including planning, management and delivery of a business services and will be responsible for Transformation, standardization/Digitization of order to cash process. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the timely completion of activities as part of the Credit to Cash (CTC) function - Credit & Compliance, Cash Application, Order management, Billing, Collections, Disputes management, AR and Cash Management, Controls Adherence & Reporting, Period End close tasks, Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined SLAs Responsible for Transformation, standardisation, and automation/digitisation of order to cash process Strong knowledge of OTC tasks e.g. Order release, goods issue, Billing, Cash app, Credit/Debit notes, and plant production/2P/3P process in the SAP environment. Accountable for identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex accounting transactions and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the transactions Monitor and measure the performance of the CTC business process in the Mohali Centre Mentor and guide employees and Help Team Leaders setting policies and procedures for the CTC process Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices Responsibility to look upon the Global controls and ensures process is compliance as per the policy Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups (Bunge Global, Counterparties and Statutory team) which affect / are affected by the CTC process Drives continuous performance improvement for process results and providing cross regional team support Identify area of process improvement and contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence. Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making Identify changes to long term resource needs and implements appropriate actions Ensure role alignment of individuals Identify, assess and select resources Facilitate performance assessments and conducts feedback sessions Determine and adjusts team and individual performance measures Support in decisions related to monetary and non-monetary compensation / rewards within established guidelines Ensure compliance with Group\'s Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy and Procedures Provide valuable feedback to staff through annual performance appraisals and goal settings programme Knowledge and Experience Essential: 12-14 years of work experience in a similar role Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change Eye for details and the ability to view the financials from a Financial Controller standpoint Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for end-to-end Accounting & reporting process Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC Ability to manage the BBS vision and purpose Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asian or European languages added advantage.
