Job Description
We are looking for a project coordinator for our Green Ammonia Business to be based at Gurgaon office.Designation: Manager/Senior ManagerThe job description of project coordinator is as follows:-Qualification:-
- Bachelors degree in mechanical/ chemical engineering
- 10+ years experience in Project Management related to Ammonia / Refinery Industry from Owner Side / EPC Contractor Side.
- Solid communication Skills.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Assist Project Manager in the implementation of the Project Execution Plan at Head office.
- Co-ordinate with engineering team for deliverables.
- Co-ordinate with SCM team for material expediting.
- Participate in Kick off meetings of EPC Contractor, and its sub vendor.
- Participate in weekly review meeting , monthly project review meetings arranged by EPC Contractor.
- Co-ordinate with construction site for drawings and material requirement based on look ahead plan issued by planning team.
- Check and approve monthly invoices of PMC / EPC Contractors.
- Assist Project Manager in day-to-day function.
