QualificationBachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Catering TechnologyExperienceMinimum 10 to 12 years\' experienceShould have proven Food & Beverage management experience
Should have at least 10 to 12 years for experience in Food & Beverage industry or Food & Beverage function of big corporates
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules policies procedures
Should have handled a cafeteria operation at least serving 1000+ employees \'
Experience in high pressure catering environment with three to four events running simultaneously, with 50 or more pax attending each event
Should have good knowledge of HACCP and FSSAI norms.
Should have handled a minimum 50 number of 3P manpower under him.
Willing to work in a team, enhancing teamwork and values
Self-motivated with drive to achieve and implement changes
Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (Mumbai & Pune)
Should be well versed with compliances in line with local/national Govt policies and licenses
Comply with all health & safety regulations
