What will your essential responsibilities include?
Work directly with LE controllers, Division and Business partners to manage the Global chart of accounts used for accounting across the Globe by performing analysis and understanding the need of the change and ensuring that the changes have been correctly implemented into Financial Systems.
The candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering and business analysis support throughout the development life cycle.
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by auditors and ensure timely response and resolution to their requests and queries.
Analyzing the use cases and generating the business flows. Develop solution create Events & business rules to drive the accounting.
Be part of solution design process during the design cycle to support the creation of the design documents.
Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to the close financial period
Provide Support in the analysis of the system and business requirements for integration testing and ensuring the development of quality deliverables.
Provide Support in functional testing and getting the resolution of identified gaps between business requirements for each module within Enterprise Enablement.
Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards.
Possess knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
Responsible for coordinating with business user for user acceptance testing and getting the resolution of identified gaps between business requirements and Oracle application functionality.
Assist with issue tracking and resolution.
Qualifications
Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
MBA Finance/ Post-graduate/Qualified CA/ Finance/ Insurance Industry background with 6-9 years of experience.
Strong communication Skills are needed, who can communicate with business users and clients and understand the business requirement from them.
Ability to communicate with Financial Controllers across different countries, coordinate with IT/techincal teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
Strong written and verbal, facilitation and presentation writing skills
Specific exposure to ERP is desirable.
Be an independent worker / Minimal oversight in day to day activities.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail, logical thinking and carry a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly.
