JOB PURPOSE
Handle the entire Security and Patient Shifting department in an appropriate way, and efficiently perform any operations related duties.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Experience in monitoring Security Guards and Patient Shifting Staff, handling the duty roster for manpower, monitoring camera systems, and submitting reports. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and possess extensive knowledge of Safety Work and Procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, leadership abilities, motivation of subordinates, hardworking attitude, and good coordination abilities are some of my strengths. I am active, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable in firefighting. Moreover, I am confident and independent in my approach to tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities as an MOD (Manager on Duty) :
Licenses and Bills:
Assist in follow up with officers, govt. Bodies to be done by General Manager- Operations.
Customer Care:
On duty officer will be responsible for patient rounds in the floor.
MOD's to ensure that all OPD departments and other service departments are working properly. If there is any delay in service, it should be brought to the notice of the management and should be fixed appropriately.
Patient complaints to be handled both in OP and IP.
Security & Lift:
To ensure all security staff are in the same level of rank and no one is authorized to give orders or instructions to new joinees. Any such incident should immediately be brought to the notice of General Manager - Operations.
Responsible for neutralizing quarrels or loud noises if any, through wise and timely action.
Overall monitoring the Lift service.
Facility Rounds:
Should conduct daily rounds and identify potential risk if any, deficiencies, any non-compliance towards set standards of hospitality or any other issues related to patient care and report to General Manager - Operations.
General Duties :
Assist General Manager - Operations in Liaisoning with government authorities. MODs will not liaison with external authorities directly unless instructed by General Manager - Operations.
Crowd management in hospital.
MOD is the Chief Key Custodian Management. You have to grant keys as per staffs' requests with the approval of General Manager - Operations only.
During night any issue related to our hostel / family accommodation to be rectified and solved including water issues.
Reporting :
All MODs will be reporting to General Manager - Operations.
Miscellaneous :
Assisting GM - Operations in all daily routine activities
Any other duties assigned by the GM - Operations from time to time.
