Operation and Maintenance of Underground / OPGW network of entire routes of Sterlite power and it partners.


Position Summary

• Service delivery life cycle management.
• Project rollout for the fiber last mile & network infrastructure
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
-------------------------------------------


• Responsible implementing the O&M processes and continuously review and ensure O&M procedures are updated and in line with set guidelines.
• Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required.
• Publish weekly/Monthly reports.
• Engage with govt / private agencies for necessary approvals and work clearance.Drive internal and external stakeholders.
• Spare part management for active and passive infrastructure.
