Job Description


:Location : Bangalore or Gurgaon * This role needs deep understanding of Fire Alarm System and Access Control System. This role shall have knowledge for BMS Solution.

  • This role needs to have offering or Product management experience for atleast 4 to 5 years.
  • Candidate Shall have exposure to Consultant community and shall be able to travel for technical discussions
  • Candidate shall have exposure to pricing ,list price creation, Material handling,inventory management, Customer facing technical workshops , Webinars
  • Candidate shall have good communication skills in order to manage global and internal stakeholders along with external partners and customers
  • Candidate shall understand the margin impacts and understand effective desining of solution
  • Candidate shall be able to work on presentiations and have good presentation skills
  • Candidate shall have good exposure to handle customer requirements
  • Candidate shall be able to work closely with cross functional teams
  • Being an offering manager, candidate shall be able to lead Launch plans and work closely with marketing/communication teams
  • Candidate shall have channel management experiecne B2B and exposure to partner eco system
  • Good Understanding of B2B channel business model is needed
  • Candidate shall be ready to travel across india as & when needed along with sales, BD team and end user team
  • Candidate has to own entire product line for Fire/Access & ready to add portfolio in future
  • Postive attitute is must and behavioural attitute is also needed
