This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Keep track, follow up and execute of all pre Offer documentation like Candidate Document Collection -Education, Last employment, Pay slips
• Complete All Pre Offer Reference Checks.
• Ensure Offer generation and release through HRMS
• Execute end-to-end candidate Pre-Onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience
• Movement to New Employee Step, Follow up on Joining Booklet, follow up on Creation of Employee ID and Laptop & Email ID, Domain ID Creation. Inform the Line manager, HRBP on onboarding of candidate.
• Onboarding Invitation- Send invite to candidate for induction process- mentioned mandatory documents, reporting time, Point of contact , Reporting manager name and location details,
• Handover Candidates-Send all the candidates documents, Appointment letter and bank account details to onboarding SPOC
• Execute NPS EXX Surveys

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 4-5 years Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
