This position works closely with the Manufacturing Engineering, Production & Quality. Responsible for studying & Analysing given 3D solid model or drawing & generating optimum tool path in CATIA-CAM software & verification with VERICUT software (for 3, 4 & 5 axis machine). Proving generated program on CNC machining Centre (HMC/VMC/Turning/Turn mill etc.) having SIEMENS 810-D/ 840-D/ Fanuc /Mazak controller) & should have Extensive Knowledge on Aerospace ManufacturingEssential Responsibilities * Over all functioning of new product introduction (NPI).

• Maintain, Manage and control revisions for global / customer standards & specifications
• Responsible for FAI prove outs of projects adhering to the customer timelines. Activities including

• Define Machining Process & special treatments for the parts to meet customer requirement.
• Interpretation of drawings, Customer/National/International standard and guide team member
• Create Item codes, BOM and Router sheets
• Design Fixtures.
• Select Tools & cutters
• Generate CNC Programs
• Carry out FAI Machining & Treatments
• Complete FAI & APQP documents including PFMEA and PPAP
• Problem solving during development.
• Prepare and Maintain Documents and records as per

AS9100/MAB/Customer standard. * Achieve estimated cycle times & costs for FAI parts.

• Manage revisions of internal engineering documents
• Support in Estimations for customer RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s

Position Requirements

• Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical /BE Aerospace is desired.
• Years Of Experience (Min. & Max.): Minimum 15 years is Engineering NPI, CNC machining preferably in Aerospace Industry
• Thorough knowledge of CNC machining ( Turn, Turnmill, & Milling etc ), Softwares like NX / Catia and Cutting Tools.
• Knowledge of special process- NDT, Plating, Painting, etc
• Clear understanding of customer standards & requirements \xe2\x80\x93 For Airbus, Boeing, Collins, Pratt & Whitney, etc
• Good knowledge in Modular type fixtures used in aerospace part Manufacturing.
• Must have hands on working experience in Aerospace \xe2\x80\x93NPI
• Should have handled team of 15-20 people in department
