Support the EXL Health businesses in strategic, operational and daily business matters.
Gather information, data and intelligence on operational initiatives across multiple business functions to help in monitoring progress towards meeting goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather information, data and intelligence that help in tracking progress against the business goals and priorities.
Analyze data and provide insights to support effective decision-making
Provide support with the creation of presentations, compiling responses to management committee requests and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders
Support tracking of benchmarks, analyzing data and follow ups with key stakeholders to sustain momentum required achieve business goals and initiatives
Support PMO lead in managing complex and confidential administrative tasks that support EXL Health EVP
Take ownership and lead on Projects
Support operational cadence of the business including: facilitating leadership meetings, all hands, domain reviews, Service delivery business reviews, cost reviews
The MT will be aligned to multiple sub functions / areas under the Healthcare BU
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent skills for presenting ideas / thoughts through PowerPoint presentations.
