:Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Capability Development to lead our Leadership and Behavioral Training programs. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance leadership skills and behavioral competencies across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Design: Develop and implement innovative leadership and behavioral training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and senior management to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with best practices.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Manage external training vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership and behavioral training to continuously enhance program offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership and behavioral training. Total of 8 - 14 years of experience
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in HR or training (e.g., CPLP, SPHR).
  • Experience with virtual and blended learning environments.
  • Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
