Job Description

:

- Lead and manage a team of Tableau Developers, offering mentorship, technical guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges. Translate them into effective Tableau-based technical solutions.
- Act as the Tableau architect, designing comprehensive data visualization wireframes that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment of Tableau solutions on server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of high-quality Tableau dashboards
- Perform hands-on technical tasks, including data visualization, dashboard development, and publishing using Tableau Desktop and Server.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Experience on Tableau server administration, roles, groups and row level security and access management .
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
