DESCRIPTION We are looking for a manager III, Program Manager to lead centralised disruption management and Operations management of Air Haul & Rail Haul programs. This role offers exposure to handle exceptions related to premium and high velocity packages in the network. We aim to bring efficiencies to processes through standard configurations, programmatic interventions and automations that improve routing efficiencies, reduce cost, maintain agility to network changes and free up time for station operators to focus on operations. This role would span to managing configurations & routing optimization programs across IN. This team will collaborate with Air Haul & Rail Haul regional management teams, ACES, product, tech, MM & LM ops and bring in efficiencies while maintaining standard configurations. Key job responsibilities As Manager III, Program Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading Air haul / Rail Haul disruption management, program management and handle configuration related requests across IN & geographies and drive synergies across central configurations, routing & scheduling workstreams to help Regional teams plan better and execute to plans. You are expected to influence and advise leaders at L8, L7 levels and collaborate with managers (L4+) across Last Mile (AH/ RH, MM & LM) Operations, ACES, Channel Teams, Trans PM teams to bring right products and programs to the geographies. He/She is accountable for the overall strategy of the function and manage complex initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms whilst working with multiple teams in and/or across organizations. He/She should be able to strategize the charter expansion and programs in collaboration with partner teams , overlook E2E pilots and aim to meet global parity in workstreams. He/She will lead standardization, centralization and work closely with relevant stakeholder teams to bring in right mechanisms and drive compliance to configuration metrics, lead/execute change management process for LM operations hassle free, define pilot success criteria - determine input and output metrics for successful launches.
