New Product Development of Power Electronic Range of products2. Lead the industrialization activities according to Supply Chain Policy and Project objectives3. Understanding of electronic assemblies/PCBA and ability to communicate with suppliers and manufacturers. Skills in electronics PCB assembly, Testing, box build.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of electrical components, soldering techniques, safety protocols, automated processes & quality control.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of storage of power electronics components.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of low cost & reliable power electronics component suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of heatsink, fans used in power electronics & suppliers.4. Achieving the Product Industrialization KPIs targets of Product development time line, Product cost & Quality DPM levels5. Ensuring product industrialization/engineering processes adherencesFunctional Competencies1. Good knowledge & experience of Project management & Hardware Product development2.
