New Product Development of Power Electronic Range of products2. Lead the industrialization activities according to Supply Chain Policy and Project objectives3. Understanding of electronic assemblies/PCBA and ability to communicate with suppliers and manufacturers. Skills in electronics PCB assembly, Testing, box build.

• Knowledge of electrical components, soldering techniques, safety protocols, automated processes & quality control.

• Knowledge of storage of power electronics components.

• Knowledge of low cost & reliable power electronics component suppliers.

• Knowledge of heatsink, fans used in power electronics & suppliers.

4. Achieving the Product Industrialization KPI\'s targets of Product development time line, Product cost & Quality DPM levels5. Ensuring product industrialization/engineering processes adherencesFunctional Competencies1. Good knowledge & experience of Project management & Hardware Product development2.
