Position : Rebates analyst Location : Sun Pharmaceuticals, Mumbai, India Educational Qualification & Experience : MBA/BCom/MCom/CA Inter with 2-3 years of experience Skills required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working experience in SAP/Vistex is preferred
• Willingness and able to work in flexible shifts, including night time (US shift)
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn

• Responsible for analyzing and processing of Rebate claims received from customers.
• Analyze customer rebate claim with Vistex accruals, agreement set up and dispute with customers in case of errors in claim
• Ensure customer disputes, if any, are resolved with customers in a timely manner.
• Review Customer open deductions on Rebates and coordinate with AR team for clearing against open credits.
• Update Rebates log tracker with Rebates claim value & credits processed to monitor the difference, analyze if there are any exceptions
• Publish periodic Rebates log reports to the management
• Coordinate with Internal/External auditors by providing the audit data to ensure alignment with audit plan and resolves any observations
• Closely work with GTN accounting team for month end Rebates accruals, reconcile Rebates processed in Vistex and booked in GL, etc.,
