Become a part of our SFE team as a Sr. Manager - SFE Data Insights & Analytics, where you will play a key role in shaping our SFE strategies, boosting Field Force initiatives, and delivering essential insights to emerging market countries and our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights:
Collect, Analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights on sales force performance, customer (Drs & Pharmacies) behaviour, and market/competitor trends.
Sales Force Effectiveness:
Analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement, optimize sales strategies, and measure the impact of sales initiatives.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales force effectiveness (SFE)
Data Visualization:
Design engaging and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders, such as senior leaders, sales teams, and various cross-functional colleagues.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop data-driven solutions.
Tool Development and Maintenance:
Develop, maintain, and optimize data tools, reports, and dashboards using various technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Ad-hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support business initiatives and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, or a related field; MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on sales force effectiveness and analytics.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good to have - Experience with AI/ML tools and advanced data modeling techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
