This role will be based out of our office in Andheri (East), Mumbai & will be a great opportunity to demonstrate your excellence at driving results while working directly with a seasoned team at Sula. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, campaign management, and demonstrating excellent collaboration and time-management skills. This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 1. Digital Marketing: Content Creation:
Develop and manage engaging and high-quality content across various digital platforms including website, blog, email newsletters, and social media channels.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics that align with Sulas brand identity.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with Sulas brand values and marketing objectives.
2. Marketing Operations: Budgeting:
Assist in the preparation of the marketing budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Track and report on budget performance, providing recommendations for adjustments, as necessary.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/Masters Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating the ability to manage campaigns and deliver results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and changes in the digital landscape.
Awareness of current trends and best practices in digital marketing & understanding of brand development and brand positioning strategies.
