- Active MT, SPO & KRO Count -
- Promoter Productivity -
Mpower adherence on attendance & training
Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP
Carry out OJT
- People Engagement -
Promoter R & R program - (PGS segmentation)
Promoter monthly attrition - Execute agreed actions
Gate Meeting - Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R
- Shopper Activation - Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle
- Liaising with zonal team - Part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
