The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and managerial experience in the motor insurance industry, and a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Motor Insurance Vertical sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motor insurance vertical, including developing new relationships with prospective clients and maintaining existing relationships with current clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure their ongoing success and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, and share insights with the sales team and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the motor insurance industry and 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and services, including pricing, underwriting, and claims management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales strategies, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
