The Digital Finance organization creates, configures, and runs digital products, platforms, and solutions that support Pfizer\'s core finance business functions such as Financial Consolidations, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Internal, and External Reporting.

This Manager role is a hands-on technical MicroStrategy Admin/Support role responsible for supporting financial reporting visualizations leveraging on-premises and AWS cloud platforms, including delivering proof of concepts, small development projects and/or maintenance projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, upgrade and configure MicroStrategy

Lead the troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization efforts

Support and execute project deployment activities

Manage the transition of all new applications into the support model

Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvements

Liaise with solution delivery team to analyze and confirm opportunities for optimization

Maintain support operating procedures and work instructions

Oversee and maintain documentation and processes to be compliant

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field

5 years of demonstrated experience working in development and/or support teams

2 years of experience in MicroStrategy Administration

Understanding of MicroStrategy Services, Architecture, and Best Practices

Proficiency in Developing, Deploying, and Debugging MicroStrategy applications

Experience with database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)

Exposure to AWS cloud platform (S3, EC2, Aurora, Glue, etc.)

Exposure to Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, jQuery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Strong interpersonal skills in building customer relationships

Ability to work independently and or in a global team setting across time zones

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exposure to Finance reporting applications

Project Management expertise in managing multiple projects

Familiar with SDLC/Agile methodologies

Exposure to DevOps processes

MicroStrategy Admin Certification

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
