- Experience in MICE events for minimum 7 + years and above.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Responsible for the entire event teams TTV and GOP targets.
- Has to develop a pan India team that includes BDM, operations / Contracting.
- Responsible for the vendor management.
- Increase the attachment rate and should be able to close larger events.
- Has to drive sales in all regions.(Delhi, Mumbai, CCU and South)
- Responsible for the KRA / KPI of entire team.
