Reporting to the Associate Director Knowledge Management and Strategy, this position assumes responsibility and accountability for complete oversight of CME activities carried out for the respective affiliate / therapy area. Being part of the medical team, this position provides support in identifying the most suitable speaker for the conferences and events that the commercial team organizes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Getting well acquainted with the necessary SOPs and policies of Abbott for HCP engagement. Identifying upcoming events for continuous medical education / speaker programs by coordinating with the commercial and the medical teams Cross checking with the necessary ARF whether the activities are approved Independently evaluating and selecting the speakers (Doctors, KOLs etc.) in a particular region for the CME programs based on a pre defined criteria Carrying out the periodic due diligence of the overall speakers that have been approved Enhance Speaker Database on set parameters post inputs from the stakeholders Filing and maintaining documents Creating a monthly report and flashing the highlights with the necessary stakeholders about the progress of the work Managing internal (Commercial teams, Medical teams etc.) and external (Doctors, KOLs etc.) stakeholders SKILLS : Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Powerpoint Demonstrates willingness to learn and change Encourages s culture of openness Identifies alternative ways to view or define problems Uses many diverse sources for ideas & inspiration Is honest & forthright. Presents information accurately & completely. Keeps commitments. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE : 3 - 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in KOL Management and Contract Management Experience in primary data analysis EDUCATION : Masters Degree in Pharmacy / Science
