ROLE PROFILE: We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Display Media Manager. LSEG is a large, sometimes complex business, but our goal within the wider LSEG Marketing Team is simple: to delight our customers and support business priorities. The Digital Platforms & Channels Team is global and partners with colleagues across the business to define and enable digital and integrated marketing campaigns and activities that engage and inform our customers. WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING: \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for leading the display media channel, utilising the appropriate internal and agency resources and tools to ensure delivery against objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll directly manage the day-to-day and long-term relationship of a specifical digital marketing agency who will serve as our display media execution and delivery arm. \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain a level of expertise and have significant hands-on experience in managing display media activity and one or more related digital marketing channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll partner with colleagues on projects to maximise the use of technology and drive marketing effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring a deep knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies and identify opportunities for new tools and use cases to expand our current display media capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest display media and broader digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. WHAT YOU\'LL BRING: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a display media manager or in a similar digital advertising role \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for creating impactful display advertising campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, and an ability to report performance against key business metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in planning, executing, and optimising display media campaigns, including programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of display advertising platforms and tools such as Google Display Network, DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud, and similar \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to measure and improve campaign performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with display ad creation tools and practices, including A/B testing, ad trafficking, and audience targeting \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and other programmatic advertising technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in large-scale digital marketing projects or campaigns, including cross-functional collaboration with creative and technical teams LSEG Purpose and Values Our purpose is driving financial stability, empowering economies and enabling customers to create sustainable growth.
