The role supports one or more stages during the offnet access delivery cycle i.e., identifying partners, access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management and service experience improvement. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on day-to-day access management operations.

Minimum qualification & experience
Bachelors Degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification
4-8 years relevant experience in Telecommunication environment, especially experience in managing Telco partners.
Other knowledge/skills
Good understanding of Global Telecom Networks, Access Technologies
Vendor management
Experience in Access delivery and access feasibility functions
Key Responsibilities
Primary contact to manage BAU quotation /delivery escalations.
Participate in quarterly/monthly reviews with key suppliers around performance.
Create vendor performance reports for external meetings and senior management reviews.
Identify opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new services and solutions.
Conduct periodic audits of processes and metrics and pending action items.
Interact with engineering where required to provide inputs around increasing regional network demands and implementation issues.
Intervene to solve for major implementation delays to understand roadblocks, address issues and expedite timelines.
Drive process improvements in the vendor systems to enable better vendor delivery as per requirements.
Conduct supplier access feasibility assessments
Manage Termination and reconciliation of suppliers with all queries and deviations.
Manage Inventory Reconciliation of major suppliers on Quarterly basis and other suppliers on periodic intervals. Dispute resolution and periodic engagement.
Assess the feasibility of solution offered to customer, in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams. Support the bid management team by providing input for own area.
