Marketplaces Marketing Manager
- Role & Responsibilities :
- The role will own the Brand\'s marketing initiatives on Ecommerce Marketplaces in India, the Middle East, APAC, and other geographies
- Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts, and results. These include short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Ensure daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out-of-stock item removal, and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. This is a tactical job of maintenance of the site through Channel Advisor
- Reconciliation of Marketplace listings
- Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to complete actions successfully.
- Develop cost center budgets for all phrases of marketplace E-commerce
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
- Work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Manage monthly marketing budgets
- Optimise marketing ROI (ROAS) at scale
- Formulate launch strategies for new products
- Hiring criteria: 2-4 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns on Ecommerce Marketplaces like Amazon, and Flipkart for India, or other geographies.
- Compensation budget: 10-14 LPA
