Roles and Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Marketplace team is responsible for driving the growth for unmanaged portfolio across
business units comprising of Marketplace sellers through RE (Relationship Management)
program.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manager (RE) needs to manage a team of 25 -30 Account Managers & drive the day to day
business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Business Metrics Achievement: Achieve business Metrics of Revenue GMV & Marketing spend.
Taking appropriate action if any of the metric is being not achieved and highlighting the risk in
advance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Customer Metrics Achievement: Increase customer engagement to the platform through
appropriate selection and content.
\xef\x82\xb7 Operations Metrics Achievement: through timely Solve of logistics issues.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive Portfolio growth above platform YoY by improving KPIs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Improvement in Catalog & Inventory health through optimization of resources.
\xef\x82\xb7 Improvement in profitability metrics by following pricing guidelines & marketing spend.
\xef\x82\xb7 Improvement in visibility metrics through selection improvement & pricing levers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Map vendor capabilities to require metrics and drive opportunity development.
\xef\x82\xb7 MIS and data reporting - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Bench-marking of Competition and industry best practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Overall end to end account management for a larger number of Marketplace sellers.Qualifications & Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should have 5+ Years \'experience in Retail industry and a positive outlook towards
work.
\xef\x82\xb7 MBA from a Tier 2/3 college preferred, though not mandatory
\xef\x82\xb7 Good to have NIFT, but not mandatory
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communications skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stake holders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Analytical skills and ability to adapt as per the situational requirement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must work well in an unstructured work environment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Active problem solver who can work with data effectively.
\xef\x82\xb7 Great team player with demonstrated traits in previous work experience / projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Takes complete end-to-end ownership.
\xef\x82\xb7 Is able to creates plans, prioritize tasks and deliver quality outcomes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Mandatory: E-com experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Go getter attitude
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to manage a larger team with minimal conflict
