Own a complex workstream with support from supervisors (project leader/managers/senior manager)
Support the broader insight/ marketing analytics/ brand teams in problem solving, hypothesis generation, research and insight generation and quality control
Interpret, understand and break down brand acceleration plan requirements into actionable task items for the team.
Lead meaningful and focused meetings, deliver business insights effectively to the project leadershipExecute and deliver high quality outputs timely to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to derive actionable insights from voluminous quantitative and qualitative data/researchProvide day-to-day coaching to analysts on various aspects of projects, while also overseeing a workstream for 1-2 analystsGain proficiency in the key industry data sources KPIs along with developing expertise in analytical tools such as MS office/alteryx/tableau/power BI/etcGain proficiency in select functional areas (go-to-market strategy, brand strategy, revenue management, key account management and JVPs, brand etc.) delivered to brand teams across KHCxe2x80x99s global footprintCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into all aspects of the business.Data Management: Ensure robust data collection, management, and analysis processes.
