Project Management - NSO & Take Offs: Craft and implement comprehensive plans for new store launches and take-offs. These include creators, visibility drivers, Offline mediums, catalogues and on-site weekend activities that will drive walk-ins in the store across HOVH, Mens, Womens and Gold Stores across the country.
Media Planning and Effectiveness: Plan ATL, BTL and Digital plans for all activities related to success at the store
Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that our retail experience and activities are cohesive and strategically aligned with business goals.
Engaging with External Partners: Coordinate with external partners to conceptualize and develop retail engagement properties that will drive retail walk-ins
Analysing Performance: Build a strong attribution model for all store-related activities to identify and scale up pilots that have worked better
Retail Marketing Budget Management: Keep a close eye on budgets and spends across all retail initiatives and take full accountability for results
Build Large & Sustainable retail programs: Develop and execute marquee retail first brand activations that will be deployed across the country and will meaningfully add to brand equity and business goals
CRM Content Lead: Work closely with the CRM team to continuously improve content standards and improve throughput for retention campaigns
Brand Plan Calendar: Align with the core brand plan calendar to ensure that GTMs are represented well in-store. Build engagement properties for each GTM to drive walk-ins to the store.
