Job Description


The successful candidate is an experienced marketing leader with proven track record of successfully leading marketing, branding hands on social media experience. Master s Degree, in marketing with 5 years of experience in a brand marketing role with experience of managing print media or has strong knowledge of working with leading publications or book store or book publication companies. Go getter attitude, data oriented, good logical reasoning, strong communication skills with attention to detail, and good organizational skills Strong sense of ownership and drive to accomplish set business objectives. Leverage brand advocates by creating a regular communication channel, create loyal customers, build brand equity drive positioning and adoption of launched products. Provide direction to the internal teams (content, designers), cross functional teams, as well as external partners (performance, activation, creative) Roles Responsibilities Work closely with the founder and author to device measurable strategies. Curate impactful book launch campaigns, work closely with leading writers, bloggers, influencers to drive visibility to gain coverage for books authors. He/she has Ownership and responsibility for developing and executing the strategies to drive business growth. Drive visibility of the book through various marketing collaterals in the offline online stores. Works closely with authors on media tours, publicity initiatives, with occasional travel for book tours. Organizes and coordinates companys participation in trade shows and book fairs as well as author events PAN India. Manage the team and effectively collaborate and coordinate with the internal teams and external partners to deliver business objectives. Drive the ideation and deliver compelling and innovative integrated brand marketing solutions brand marketing plans. Manage the experiential and 360-degree integrated solutions and offerings across print, digital, on-ground events, outdoor, etc Manage end-to-end social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn) of the brand. Perpetually engage with the readers community about upcoming releases create brand advocacy. To identify initiate tie-ups with different media to ensure increased brand visibility. To create alliances with external partners to increase value addition to the existing customer base. To conduct customer research to understand customer perception/ feedback on various marketing led activities.
