General Manager in Marketing Wexe2x80x99re seeking an experienced General Manager to head our marketing team. To excel in this role, the candidate should have prior management experience and be a natural leader.An ideal candidate has prior experience in operations management, as well as human resources, finance, and communications. They are a skilled communicator who knows how to delegate and interact with people from other departments.The ideal candidate should lead a team to peak production and efficiency, while maintaining high standards of marketing.Theyxe2x80x99ll also be in charge of onboarding and training new recruits.Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans to increase department productivity
• Forge new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects
• Maintain high standards of excellence and high quality of content on social media platforms
• Provide direction and comments to employees to help them improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving
• Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through designing processes and supervising personnel
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires to turn them into successful employees
• Develop, execute, and manage budgeting, as well as resource allocation strategies to ensure activities are completed on time
• Delegate duties to the most skilled team members and ensure that all rules, standards, and training programs are followed
