Establish brand and product positioning on the field, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and strategies across different channels and segments for multiple states Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the field marketing and sales teams Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from hoardings, banners, and print collaterals Qualifications we look for: Prior experience of 5+ years in the marketing field in the agriculture space. Experience of working in states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar is an added bonus Willingness to travel Knowledge of cropping patterns and seasons is a must preferably Paddy, Maize, Mustard, Millet, etc
