:Full job description :- We are seeking an individual who has a proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the private security or facility management industry. An individual should have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.- We are seeking a goal-oriented individual with integrity & sincerity to drive business development in a private security company based out of Uttarakhand.- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities within the facility management sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored facility management solutions to meet their requirements.- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company\'s footprint in the facility management market. This includes identifying key decision-makers, initiating contact, and leading the negotiation process to secure new contracts.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company\'s visibility and establish strategic partnerships within the facility management community.- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the facility management industry.- Strong understanding of facility management solutions, industry trends, and client needs.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Job Type : Full-timePay : 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthEducation : Bachelor\'s (Preferred)Experience :- Lead generation : 4 years (Preferred)- Total work : 5 years (Preferred)- Marketing : 5 years (Preferred)Language :- English (Preferred)- Work Location : In person (ref:updazz.com)
