Develop consumer strategy & plan via research to understand consumer insights and monitor market trends
Lead consumer education campaign/innovation programs across channels for increased awareness and interests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and communication etc, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of consumer education activities.
Project detail management for internal process and external communication with on time high quality delivery
Analyze campaign/projects performance and adjust strategies
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
Experience in successful BP development is a must.
Consumer research experience & analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
Experience in new product launch or innovation projects is a plus.
Experience in top OTC/prescription drug retail/FMCG companies preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
