If you don\'t fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.Responsibilities for e-commerce specialist- Assists e-commerce team in building annual operating plan through data gathering and analysis- Identifies and analyses shipment and consumption data- Drives the overall engagement with external partners through assortment optimization and monitoring of business success- E-Commerce shooting coordination- E-Commerce newsletters coordination- Optimize marketplace listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions- Implement changes and updates to product descriptions for top performing products- Ensure that all products listed are getting published- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in all listings- Work with others in the organization to learn and get feedback about strategiesQualifications for e-commerce specialist- Experience with start-up beneficial- Have understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, link generation, PR, SEO)- Have understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context- Self-motivated, works well with people and willing to work extended hours during peak periods- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency- Experience with web merchandising software and content management systems highly desirable (ref:updazz.com)
