• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, shopping malls, or event management..
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results and customer engagement.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in organizing large-scale events or retail promotions.
• Familiarity with tenant and leasing operations in a mall environment.
• Knowledge of retail analytics and consumer behavior.
• Certification in digital marketing or event management is a plus.
