Own Brands- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals- Track Sales & Mktg data and produce detailed reports & presentation for senior Management.- Business Development & Strategic Initiative:- To provide policies and direction for marketing, branding and business development strategies for Ethical and OTC products- Plan & allocate marketing budget effectively- Monitor competative activites during field visits- Improving the user experience on the company\'s website, Applications(Includes design, content and usability)- Evaluating customer feedback data & competitor\'s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.Launches of New ProductsPeople Management Skill :- Liasoning with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse for achieving results on marketing activites & goals. (eg; timely procurement,appropriate dispatch, promotional material utilization etc.)- Liase with NSM and Strategy Head for Business Development activities and Marketing InitiativesTeam Development and Sales Training :- Develop internal team with potential for enhanced roles and responsibilities- Conduct training sessions for field staff and assess the training effectiveness for the participants- On job/Field work staff to enhance coach sales skills and implement strategies as devised.Mergers & Acquisitions :- Due dilignece role in M&A process (ref:updazz.com)
